1. Agreement
By creating an account or using KBX you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
KBX provides coaching content, training programmes, video analysis and related software. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older to use KBX.
4. Health and safety
Strength training carries inherent risk. KBX content is general guidance, not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You train at your own risk.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, resale of access, abuse of other users, or upload of unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Intellectual property
KBX content, programmes and software are owned by KBX or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You keep ownership of training data you upload and grant us a licence to process it to run the service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
